Exam Invigilator
Casual hours, as required
£12.30 per hour
William Farr Church of England Comprehensive School is looking to recruit additional exam invigilators for exam periods mainly during November, May to June, although you may be called upon to assist at other times of the year. These appointments are offered on a casual basis and, if appointed, you will join a bank of exam invigilators.
This role is essential to the smooth running of the examination process. In addition to ensuring correct exam procedures are followed, the successful applicants will be responsible for the collecting of exam papers and materials, admitting students to the exam hall/room, invigilating during the exams and collating the exam papers to be sent off to the Exam boards. Invigilators may also be called upon to read/scribe for individual students and facilitate access and/or centre delegated arrangements as required to groups or individual students.

William Farr is a popular, oversubscribed, rural Church of England comprehensive school, near Lincoln. The school gained academy status in 2011 and has approximately 1,450 students on roll. The school was graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in all categories in October 2022.

Initial Teacher Training
