Part Time Receptionist

Permanent
20 hours per week
Wednesday 12 – 4.30pm (4.5 hours)
Thursday 8.15am - 4.30pm (7.75 hours)
Friday 8.15am – 4.30pm (7.75 hours)
30 mins unpaid lunch break Thursday and Friday
Salary Range: WFS Grade 3 (6-8) (£24,027 - £24,811) Pro rata (£11,391.60 - £11,763.30) depending on experience
Part time and 40 weeks per year – additional week worked outside term time day with at least one day being the GCSE results day
Start Date 1st September 2025

William Farr is a popular, oversubscribed, rural Church of England comprehensive school, near Lincoln. The school gained academy status in 2011 and has approximately 1,450 students on roll. The school was graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in all categories in October 2022.

We are seeking someone to oversee the resources for the department
Oversee the day-to-day support of lessons and classroom resourcing, including photocopying and assisting in the preparation of materials
Assisting during practical lessons as required
